Week 4: The Lord Who Heals
June 25 & 28, 2026
Sometimes God heals in a moment.
Sometimes we focus too much on our suffering that we forget to see God's healing.
Sometimes God heals in a moment and sometimes He heals over time.
Healing requires trusting the Healer.
Part of trusting the Healer is submitting to the healing process.
Sometimes God heals in a moment and sometimes He heals over time, but God heals everything completely in the end.
[d]Group Questions
Read Exodus 15:22-27 and 1 Peter 2:22-24.
God reveals Himself as Jehovah-Rapha in the middle of Israel's suffering, not after it was over. What does that teach us about God's character and the way He relates to us in our pain?
Where have you previously experienced God's healing hand in your own life?
Where do you most need God's healing right now? Physically, emotionally, relationally, spiritually, mentally, or something else? Where do you sense God asking you to take a step of obedience?
Where in your life could you be a place of healing for others?
Prayer Prompt
Have each person share a request and the person to their right or left pray for them. Do this until everyone has been prayed over in the group.
