Pray it
Thank Him
Receive peace
When worry starts to creep in this week:

[d]Group questions
Read Matthew 6:24-34 with your group.
Jesus asked, “Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?” (Matt. 6:27). How would you answer that honestly in your own life? Has worry ever “added” anything for you?
Shannon said, “Worry reveals what I value most AND what I trust least.” What do your worries tend to reveal about your heart? What does that say about where your trust is placed?
Philippians 4:6–7 gives us a pattern: Name it, Pray it, Thank Him, Receive peace. Which of those steps comes easiest for you? Which feels hardest?
Jesus told us not just to stop worrying but to “Seek the Kingdom first.” What are some practical ways you can redirect worry into kingdom-focused living this week?
Ways to Pray for Each Other
Invite everyone to name one specific worry out loud or silently before God. Pray: “Father, I release this worry to You today. I trust You with it.”
Invite everyone to pray out loud and thank the Lord for one way he has provided for you. Remember, gratitude loosens the grip of worry.
