  1. Reflection on Joseph’s Story
    Read Matthew 1:18-21. Joseph faced an impossible situation, yet God provided clarity, reassurance, and a bigger picture. Can you think of a time in your life when God revealed a “way out” that was different from what you expected? How did it shape your trust in Him?

  2. Temptation and Endurance
    1 Corinthians 10:13 says that God provides a way out so we can endure temptation. What does “endurance” look like in the face of temptation or trials? How can you discern between looking for escape versus leaning into God’s strength?

  3. God’s Faithfulness in the Day-to-Day
    Shannon mentioned three ways God provides for us: His Word, His Holy Spirit, and His Church. Which of these has been most impactful for you recently? How can you rely on these gifts more intentionally when facing challenges?

  4. Obedience in Uncertainty
    Joseph obeyed God’s command, even when it was hard and unclear. Are there areas in your life where you feel God is calling you to step out in obedience? What holds you back, and how can you take the next step of trust?

  5. Jesus as the Way Out
    The Christmas story reminds us that Jesus is our ultimate “way out.” How does this truth give you hope in your current season? How might you share that hope with someone else this Christmas?
