[d]Group questions

  1. Read Ephesians 1 together as a group.

  2. Paul says we’ve already been given “every spiritual blessing in Christ.” Which one of those blessings—being chosen, adopted, redeemed, forgiven, sealed with the Spirit, or empowered—do you personally have the hardest time living like it’s true? Why?

  3. How do you think your daily life would change if you fully believed and remembered your identity in Christ? Think about work, parenting, friendships, or areas of struggle.

  4. Paul reminds us that the Holy Spirit is both a seal and a guarantee. What does that practically mean for your relationship with God today? Have you experienced His presence, comfort, or conviction in a meaningful way?

  5. Paul prays for spiritual eyes to be opened. What’s one area where you need the Holy Spirit’s help to believe, trust, or walk in the truth of who you are in Christ this week?
