Week 7: No Turning Back
March 13 & 16
Baptism for the Christian says “I belong to Jesus now.”
Sometimes in suffering, we have a tendency to long for the past.
What’s your Egypt?
For some of us when life gets hard, we begin to fear the future.
Fear of the future can make us shrink back from what God has called us to do.
Doubt can convince us that God isn’t going to be faithful in the present.
Following Jesus isn’t about self-preservation…it’s about trusting Him in the moment to move forward in faith.
Jesus never promised “safe”…but he promised purpose and peace.

Numbers 20:1-5 shows the Israelites frustrated in the wilderness, doubting God’s provision. Have you ever felt “stuck” spiritually, emotionally, or relationally? How did you (or how could you) choose to trust God in that season?Faith in Action

Jesus never promised safety, but He did promise purpose and peace (John 16:33). How can you live with greater purpose this week, trusting God in the present instead of waiting for “safer” circumstances?
