  • We don’t just celebrate the good news this Christmas, we bring it with us.

  • 1 John 4:11-14

  • What do you bring with you when you enter a room?

  • What do you bring when you enter a room? You bring the Good news. You bring Jesus.

  • 2 Corinthians 4:5-7

  • We bring the good news of Jesus by living it and speaking it.

  • Discipleship and evangelism isn’t just informational, it is relational.

  • People don’t want to be evangelized; they want to be seen and loved.

[d]Group Questions

  1. Do you genuinely see the gospel as “good news” for your life right now—even in the middle of whatever season you’re in? What helps or hinders that belief?

  2. When you walk into a room—at home, work, or with friends—what do you think you currently “bring” with you? How does knowing that God’s Spirit lives in you challenge or encourage you to bring something different?

  3. What are the biggest reasons Christians often hesitate to share the gospel? Which of those reasons do you personally connect with the most?

  4. Who is someone in your life that God may be inviting you to “see” more intentionally this Christmas? What might it look like to intentionally invite that person to Christmas Eve services AND be involved in their life?

Prayer Prompt

  • For those who don't know who to invite to services yet, ask the Holy Spirit to bring someone to mind of who to invite.

  • For those who have invited someone, pray the Lord moves in their hearts and for them to take the step and attend.
