[d]Group questions

  1. Read Proverbs 4:23 and Proverbs 21:2

  2. What are some voices—whether people, media, or internal thoughts—that you’ve let speak into your heart lately? How have they shaped your spiritual or emotional life?

  3. The sermon emphasized that "God wants your whole heart and your heart to be whole." What’s one area of your heart (emotions, desires, will, integrity, etc.) that feels fragmented or needs healing?

  4. What are some “mines” in your heart—past hurts, habits, lies, or unresolved emotions—that you need to start defusing with God’s help?

  5. Have you ever “trusted your heart” and it led you in the wrong direction? What did you learn from that experience, and how can you practically learn to lean on God instead of your own heart?

  6. To close, pray Proverbs 21:2 over the group and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal or clarify anything in your hearts that is not of God.
